Why do I use Chieftain's ReadyServe? Honestly, because the wild rice is Dry Roasted and you can tell the difference between that and the par-boiled products I have used from another companies in the past. ReadyServe Whole Grain Pilaf is user friendly and has a much better flavor than other pilafs. I use it as a stuffing for a roasted duckling dish on a weekly special. I get complaints whenever I DON'T serve it!

I am very happy with Chieftain as a Company. I get the delivery times I am promised, the quality products I need and a low minimum order to keep my food costs in line. Yes, I am pleased, very pleased with Chieftain.
