PASTE, MOLE POBLANO
Mole Paste is one of Mexico’s most popular regional dishes. While there can be many variations of Mole Paste, ours is a sultry blend of the “The Hole Trinity of Chiles”, (Ancho, Pasilla and Mulato Chiles), spices, nuts and chocolate. From the Nahuatl word molli, which means, “sauce”, ”concoction”, or “stew,” mole is a succulent sauce that is usually served with poultry. Easy to use, just blend with a small amount of chicken broth, heat and serve! Mole Paste makes delicious chicken or cheese-filled enchiladas.

Mole Paste makes delicious chicken or cheese-filled enchiladas. Can be used with Pork but is mainly combined with Chicken.
Recommended Preparation Instructions:
In a sauce pan, add mole and chicken broth until desired consistency is reached. Simmer for a few minutes while stirring. Pour over cooked meat.
