BELL PEPPER, RED, GRANULATED
Description:
Red and yellow peppers are riper, more flavorful, and pricier than the more common green ones. You can occasionally find bell peppers in other colors as well, like brown, white, pink, orange, and purple. Scoville Heat Units are 500-1,000.
Suggested Use:
Great for stir fries and other recipes calling for bell peppers. Great, sweet chile.
