Description:
Anaheim Pepper, also known as New Mexico chile, is a light to medium colored green pepper that turns a bright red when mature.  An important cuisine of the American Southwest, they are a great substitute for Poblano peppers.  Delicous in Chili Rellenos and other standard dishes of the Southwest.  The Anaheim Pepper rates 500 - 2,500 on the Scoville scale. 

Suggested Use:
Use Anaheim Peppers to create deliciously warm and tasty treats!  Stuff them with guacamole and then grill them or try them in fajita and chilli rellenos, ranchero shrimp, or Jamaican fricasseed chicken...
