Fruit Fusion is a wonderful combination of tart and sweet dried fruits.  Tart Cherries, Diced Apricots, Zante Currants and Diced Apples are the contrasting fruits in this mix.  The sweet, mellow tones of the Apricots and Apples combined with the zesty flavor of Tart Cherries and Zante Currants make this blend invaluable for pastries, baked desserts, sauces, trail mixes and more! 

Suggested Use:
Fruit Fusion can be added to your favorite stuffing or toss with cooked grains and shallots for a healthy salad.  Fruit Fusion can be used in scones, compote, and chutney.  Use Fruit Fusions for main entrees like braised beef, honeyed chicken, basmati rice pilaf and pork with fruit dumplings.  Fruit Fusions is a healthy mix of fruit that can be mixed with nuts, granola and seeds for trail mixes.
