Slightly sweet cranberries and crunchy almonds mixed with our white and wild rice make this blend a draw for chefs. Easy to prepare,  Festival Blend combined with our Maple Apple Seasoning makes a sweet pilaf that may be used to stuff pork loins, chicken breasts or even quail and turkey! Leftovers... no need to waste product, add to muffins, pancakes or salads.  For a savory flavor prepare Festival Blend with our Chicken or Vegetarian Seasoning. Chefs will find Festival Blend versatile enough to make everything including pilaf, stuffing, pudding, salads and desserts.

There isn't enough that can be said about this flavorful blend! Use Festival Blend when stuffing your Holiday turkey, duck or goose. Replace the water with wine when preparing Festival Blend and stuff an acorn squash or use Festival Blend to stuff a pork loin or chicken breast with. Festival Blend makes a colorful and tasty rice pudding and you can use leftovers for muffins, waffles or pancakes!

Recommended Preparation Instructions:

  • 2 pounds of rice
  • 11 cups of water
  • ¼ cup of cooking oil or butter
  • 5 ounces of Chieftain Seasoning (optional)

Combine ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer covered for 25-30 minutes. Let set for 10 minutes; fluff with a fork before serving.

  • 12 ounces of Chieftain Seasoning (optional)
