Recommended Preparation Instructions:
Rinse well, add 1 cup barley to 2½ cups of boiling water. Simmer covered 40-45 minutes until liquid is absorbed. Let set for 10 minutes and fluff with fork.
One cup dry yields 2½ cups cooked.
