Recommended Preparation Instructions:

Bring 1 cup of rice and 1½ cups of water to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer covered for 15-20 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes; fluff with a fork before serving.

One cup dry yields 2½ – 3 cups cooked.
