Recommended Preparation Instructions:
Wild mushrooms may have stones imbedded in their flesh. It is strongly recommended to reconstitute the mushrooms prior to use. To reconstitute, place desired amount into a bowl covered with hot tap water and let soak for 20-30 minutes, stirring often to dislodge stones. One ounce dry reconstitutes to 3-4 ounces.
