Dried mushrooms, besides being economical have a more concentrated flavor than their fresh counterparts. A smaller amount is needed for recipes. Our European Blend has a robust and heart flavor, perfect for beef and wild game recipes. This Dried Mushroom Blend contains Morels, Chanterelles, Black Trumpets, Porcini, Lobsters, Sliced Shiitakes, and Boletes.

European Blend of mushrooms is excellent for use in stews, barley soups, stuffing and casseroles. It adds a savory, woodsy influence to your favorite dishes.
Recommended Preparation Instructions:
To reconstitute, place desired amount into a bowl covered with hot tap water and let soak for 15-20 minutes. Rinse and add directly to recipe that will cook for at least 25 minutes. One ounce dry reconstitutes to 3-4 ounces.
