Description:

Agaricus Blazei is a cultivated mushroom that is now grown in Brazil, the U.S., Japan, China, Korea and other Asian countries. Known for its ability to boost the immune system and fight/prevent tumors, this mushroom is held in high esteem. It's popularity soared when former President Ronald Reagan used it to help fight skin cancer. Japanese research with Guinea pigs revealed that Blazei prevented cancer development 99.4% and cured it 90%. These dried mushrooms include the stem and cap and portray a sweet, almond-like flavor.

Blazei are unique mushrooms that can be used to make a healthy tea. Try them in vegetable or pumpkin soup, salad dressing, pilafs, or use as a filling for crepes.
