Dried Mushrooms have been an important and very popular cooking ingredient throughout Europe and the Orient for many, many centuries. They've recently received a great deal more attention here in the U.S. Dried Mushrooms are very economical. A smaller amount of dried is needed in recipes since the flavor is much more concentrated than fresh varieties. They can be stored for long periods of time without spoiling. Our value added Kibbled Mushroom Blend has been created as a step saver in the kitchen. This Dried Mushroom Blend provides a rich, earthy flavor with 1/4" diced pieces of Porcini, Bolete and Shiitake Mushrooms.

Kibbled Blend is ideal for soups, sauces, rice casseroles, stuffings, pasta fillings, and tofu helpers.
