Mushroom Powder blend is a unique blend of various Mushroom Dusts, typical to this blend will be portions of Porcini, Shiitake, and Bolete Mushrooms. The blend of different Mushroom essences creates a deep and multi layered Mushroom flavor which is a wonderful addition to dishes calling for Mushrooms.
Suggested Use:
Mushroom Powder Blend is great as part of a soup base; mixed with Semolina Flour, Wild Mushroom Powder gives a woodsy flavor to pasta. ; Sprinkled on game meat this mixture enhances the flavors inherent in the meat.
