Description:

Champignon Mushroom extract powder is prepared from white button mushrooms that are pressed to remove the juice. The juice is pasteurized, centrifuged, filtered and then concentrated. This mushroom concentrate is spray-dried on a malto-dextrine carrier to form the mushroom extract powder.  A small amount goes a long way with this highly concentrated powder.
