Description:
D'allasandro Gold White Truffle oil is exotic with the rich aroma and flavor that we love as White Truffles. Hailing from France, our White Truffle Oil is a blend of fresh White Truffles and virgin Olive Oil. This is an ideal finishing oil that can be used on poultry, seafood, beef or game. Use Truffle Oil sparingly on savory dishes to add a burst of flavor.
Suggested Use:
Add Truffle Oil to your salad or soup, add to gravies and sauces for a rich elegant flavor. Delicious in omelets, pasta dishes or serve with fresh crusty bread. Try sautéing some garlic in olive oil, add some truffle oil, and toss with spaghetti with Parmesan cheese, salt, and cracked pepper.
