Recommended Preparation Instructions:

Place 1 cup of rice and 1¾ cups of water in sauce pan with tight fitting lid.  Bring to boil, cover, reduce heat and simmer for 25-30 minutes.  Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.  Season as desired and fluff with fork before serving.

One cup dry yields 2½ -3 cups cooked.
