Description:
Rice vermicelli are thin noodles made from rice. Also known as rice noodles or rice sticks, they are frequently used in Asian cuisine for stir-frying, soups, spring rolls, and cold salads.
Suggested Use:
Rice Vermicelli can be served with curry gravy and fish, or mix them with fried shrimp, or create an exotic coconut coriander soup with vermicelli and turkey. However you use them you will appreciate the versatily of this unique noodle.
