Same size as traditional couscous and just as easy to prepare. Cooks to a light orange color. Made from Semolina flour and tomato.

Try Tomato Couscous with marinated, broiled vegetables. Cooked, chilled tomato couscous makes a colorful addition for cold or hot salads. Substitute Tomato Couscous for rice with curries or stirfry. Tomato Couscous compliments both meat and seafood dishes. Add to boiling water, remove from heat, let stand 5 minutes.
Recommended Preparation Instructions:
Pour 1-1/4 cups of boiling water over 1 cup couscous, cover and let sit for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork.
One cup dry yields 3 cups cooked.
