Autumn Harvest Orzo is a blend of Sage Orzo, Pumpkin Orzo and Chestnut Orzo. Delicious in a Pilaf, Pasta E Fagioli or Minestrone soups, cold salads or by itself with butter. Use Orzo instead of rice with stir fry or to make Pilafs, cold salads and soups. Toss cooked Orzo with chopped spinach and sliced almonds for a delightful side dish.

Recommended Preparation Instructions:
Add 1 cup of Orzo to 2 cups of rapidly boiling water or stock. Return to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes until tender, yet still al dente. Add uncooked Orzo to soups during last 10 minutes of cooking.
One cup dry yields 3 cups cooked.
