Recommended Preparation Instructions:
Place 1 cup of rice and 1.5 cups of water in sauce pan with tight fitting lid. Bring to boil, cover, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes. Season as desired and fluff with fork before serving.
One cup dry yields 2½ -3 cups cooked.
