Description:

Kokuho Rose Rice was developed exclusively by Koda Farms in the late 1950's.  Located in the San Joaquin Valley of California, Koda Farm's rice breeding program fine-tuned this varietal to suit the micro-climate and soil type of the area.  Kokuho Rose Rice is a medium grain, premium rice known as the "Treasure of the Country".   Kokuho Rose Rice has a ligtly nutty flavor with a sweet after taste, slightly sticky in texture it is delicious when used in Sushi and is suitable for any other rice dish.

Suggested Use:
Asparagus risotto California roll, sushi salad, banana rice pudding, and Italian rice cakes are just a few of the savory recipes using this delicious rice. Perfect by itself and in sushi, sopa de arroz, risotto, and with pilaf.
