Description:
Organic Brown Jasmine is a naturally aromatic long grain rice originally grown only in Thailand. Delicately fragrant, this rice cooks up tender with a naturally light flavor. Our Organic Brown Jasmine is easy to use in recipes calling for white Jasmine Rice and is delicious as a dessert rice as wel as in pilafs. Mix with black quinoa to make a sushi rice salad.

Recommended Preparation Instructions:
Place 1 cup of rice and 1¾ cups of water in sauce pan with tight fitting lid. Bring to boil, cover, reduce heat and simmer for 25-30 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes. Season as desired and fluff with fork before serving.
One cup dry yields 2½ -3 cups cooked.
