CAJUN BLACKENED SEASONING
Description:
Cajun Blackened Seasoning combines the traditional flavors of chopped onion, granulated garlic, oregano, paprika, thyme, sea salt, sugar and ground black pepper. Inspired by the cuisine of the Bayou this blend of spices enhances the flavor of fish and seafood.
Suggested Use:
Use Cajun Blackened Seasoning to blacken fish or seafood. Simply oil a sheet pan, cover with cajun blackened seasoning, bake until fish is done, then flip and seasoning will coat the top as well. May look red or black depending on desired color and cooking time.
