BROCCOLI FLORETS
Description:
Broccoli is a member of the cabbage family and a close relative of the cauliflower plant. Broccoli possesses abundant fleshy green flower heads arranged in a tree-like fashion on branches sprouting from a thick, edible stalk. In the United States, Broccoli has become the most favored cruciferous vegetable. Our dried Broccoli Florets are a versatile addition to menu items. A great addition to soups, stews, pizza, sauces, egg rolls, pilafs and salads.
