Cajun Blackening Seasoning is a bold and tangy spice mix that enhances meat and seafood dishes. Blackening seasoning is a mainstay of Cajun cooking and has been popularized by the famous New Orleans Chef, Paul Prudhomme. Simply coat your meat, fish or seafood in Cajun Blackening Seasoning and sear in the hottest pan you can manage for a unique blackened flavor!
Suggested Use:
To prepare Catfish with Cajun Blackening Seasoning, coat sheet pan with oil, season fish and bake in oven until done. To prepare Blackened shrimp, toss shrimp with Cajun Blackening Seasoning and sautee in hot skillet with butter until done.
