This white and wild blend of rice has lots of color from chunks of carrots and celery. A real time saver in the kitchen. Tasty with chicken, fish, pork or lamb entrees.
I find in working with our country club members, consistency is one of the important qualities they are looking for in their food. Members enjoy traditional blends like the Autumn harvest with its mix of white and wild rice with vegetables. This blend pairs nicely with our poultry and pork dishes, while still being hearty enough to serve with many of our game dishes. It is also nice that the blend is gluten free so that members with gluten issues can still enjoy this blend.
