- One of the most popular blends because chefs can serve as is or add other ingredients.
- Holds well on a steam table or serve with any type of entrée.
- Prepare blend with any of Chieftain®’s seasonings depending upon entrée selection.
- Approximate cost per ½ cup serving: 20¢.
- Approximate yield per cup: 3 – 3¼.
- ½ Cup Servings per: 1# = 15-16, 2# = 30-32, 5# = 75-80.
