Sienna Medley is fragrantly flavored with jasmine rice and colored orzos along with healthy wild and brown rice. With a splash of red bell pepper, this striking combination is perfect for center plate or side dish options. Delicious with fish, chicken and seafood but can also be used as a bedding for pork, ostrich and lamb. Use in soups, casseroles, wraps, cold or warm salads and more!

    Sienna Medley is a colorful combination of subtley flavored orzos, specialty rices and red bell peppers. Fragrantly flavored and extremely striking for plate presentation this medley is perfect not only as a compliment to fish, chicken and seafood but can also be used as a bedding for pork, ostrich and lamb. Use in soups, salads, as a bedding or in wraps.

    Recommended Preparation Instructions:

    • 2 pounds of rice
    • 10 cups of water
    • ¼ cup of cooking oil or butter
    • 5 ounces of Chieftain Seasoning (optional)

    Combine ingredients and bring to a boil. Stir, cover, and reduce heat. Simmer until all water is absorbed, about 20-25 minutes.
