Our Southwest Breader is a delicious combination of Ground Wild Rice, Corn Flour, Xantham Gum, Onion & Garlic Powder, Salt and Spices. This versatile breader can be used dry or mixed with water, milk or juice to create a breading for vegetables, meat and fish. The Zesty flavor of this breader is perfect for pan-crusted Walleye and breaded mushrooms.
Suggested Use:
Use as a breading for vegetables, meat and fish, or use as a crust for quiche.
