Chantilly Dressing 

• 2 Cups Mayonnaise
• 2 Cups Sour Cream
• 2 Cups Whipping Cream that has been whipped with the flavors of choice: sugar and vanilla, Grande Marne, etc. 

Blend the above ingredients and set aside.

• 3 Cups cooked and cooled, Chieftain’s Premium Wild Rice
• 3 Cups Granny Smith Apples, diced 
• 3 Cups Dried Fruit of your choice, dried sweetened cranberries, golden raisins, dried cherries, etc.
•  1 ½ Cups Walnuts, chopped
•  1 ½ Cups Celery, diced (about the same size as the apple)

 Mix together. Add dressing to coat. Chill and serve very cold.
