CHOCOLATE COCONUT HAYSTACKS

Temper chocolate. Cover toasted coconut with tempered chocolate.  Using small stainless steel scoop, measure out coconut and chocolate mixture and place on plastic wrap to cool.  Do not touch until chocolates have set.
