WILD RICE AND RUTABAGA BAKE
  • 5 - cups cooked and mashed rutabagas
  • 3 - 4 cups cooked Calico Blend or Premium Wild Rice (Cooked w/chicken seasoning)
  • ½  cup butter
  • 2  cups milk
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • garlic salt to taste
  •  

Mix above ingredients and place in buttered casserole dish. 

Beat eggs and pour over mixture in casserole dish.  Sprinkle parsley on top. Bake 1 ½ hours in casserole dish that is set in hot water @ 300 degrees. Recipe makes approximately 8 servings.
