gourmet gallery southwest rice salad
  • 1 cup house blend, cooked with chicken flavored seasoning& cooled
  • fresh cilantro, washed & chopped, add to taste
  • 16 oz. black bean and corn salsa
  • juice of 2 medium limes
  • 1 avocado, cubed
  • salt to taste   

      Add ingredients together and toss to blend.  Chill at least one hour for flavors to blend. Serve as a side dish, with tortilla chips or rolled in a tortilla.
