Add the following ingredients in the amounts you like for your own  'specialty salad".

• diced cucumbers
• whole kernel corn
• peas, (frozen peas work best)
• diced red onion
• dried cranberries
• toasted, slivered blanched almonds
• cooked Freekeh
• cooked Premium Wild Rice or blend of choice, Calico Blend, Midwest Medley or Northwoods Blend
• your favorite dressing or vinaigrette, Chef Mike uses Old Venice Italian Dressing

Toss together all ingredients and cover with your favorite dressing!

Garnish and serve or offer on a ruffled lettuce leaf!
