Lemon grass powder has a flavor that pairs well with other spices and essentially compliments a variety of meat, fish and seafood entrees. We’ve included a variety of marinades for you to use with different products. Feel free to mix it up a bit since lemon grass goes well with almost anything!
Most marinades contain basic elements such as oil, an acidic ingredient like vinegar, lemon juice or wine, spices and sometimes a sweetener. It all depends on taste. Meat is easily marinated in that it acts as a sponge. Just blend the marinade and surround your meat/fish/seafood with it, refrigerate and then sit back and wait. Usually it takes about an hour for the flavors to mingle. Remove from the fridge and discard marinade. Now it is ready to cook and when done the finished result is so delicious you’ll wonder why you didn’t try this before! Experiment and have fun!
