Drain Maraschino Cherries and reserve juice. Add enough cherry juice to powdered fondant to make a stiff dough. Wrap fondant around cherries and set on parchment paper. When all the cherries have been wrapped, freeze for approximately 45 minutes. While Cherries are in the freezer, melt dipping chocolate. Remove Cherries from freezer and dip in chocolate, set on waxed paper. Let ripen for at least one week to allow the centers to become soft and creamy. Enjoy!
