BLACK BEAN AND WILD RICE SALAD
  • 2 cups Premium Dry Roasted Wild Rice, cooked with chicken seasoning and cooled
  • 2 cans Black Beans, drained and rinsed if preferred
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper, chopped
  • 4 Plum Tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 can White Corn
  • 1 bunch Green Onions, chopped

         Dressing:

  • 1 cup Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup Orange Juice
  • 2 Tablespoons Chili Powder
  • 2 Tablespoons Cumin
  • Chopped Cilantro to taste 

Prepare rice as directed, add remaining ingredients and then toss with dressing.
