WILD RICE AND CANNELLINI BEAN SALAD

Optional: Sauce or dressing of your choice

 Combine wild rice, golden barley, wehani, and red rice in pan.  Add required water and seasoning and cook rice and barley until done.  Remove from heat and cool.  Layer rice and barley mixture on the lettuce, top with cannellini beans.  Alternate remaining ingredients and season with herbs.  Squeeze a little lime juice on top before serving or use a sauce or dressing of your own!
