SMOKED CHEDDAR AND WILD RICE DIP
  • 6 slices of bacon, fried crisp and cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 3/4 cup cooked Dry Roasted Wild Rice
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded smoked cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. horseradish
  • 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. vegetarian seasoning
  • 3 green onions, diced

Place cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Worcestershire, horseradish, mayonnaise and sour cream in a food processor.  Process until smooth.  Transfer mixture to a bowl, stir in green onions, wild rice and reserved bacon pieces.  Refridgerate for an hour and then serve at room temperature.
