FESTIVAL HAM SOUP
  • 3 cups Chieftain's Wild N' Cranberry Blend
  • 3 cups Ham, chopped
  • 2 cups Onion, diced
  • 2 cups Celery, diced
  • 2 cups carrot, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1½ quarts Water
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • Pepper to taste

Sauté all above ingredients in stockpot. Add:

  • 1 quart Chicken Stock
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 pint Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Chives

Simmer over medium heat for 20 minutes
