SHIRLEY'S WILD RICE & KIDNEY BEAN SALAD
  • 1-½ cups Chieftain Wild Rice, uncooked
  • 1-½ cups mayonnaise
  • 1 can drained kidney beans
  • ½ cup diced celery
  • 1 small chopped green pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¾ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 small chopped onion

Prepare wild rice; chill. Combine all ingredients and chill.
