WHITE CHOCOLATE MACADAMIA NUT COOKIES

 

Preheat oven to 350°F.  Line baking sheet with parchment paper or spray baking sheet so cookies will not stick.

Combine flour, baking soda and salt in bowl. Set aside. In medium bowl, beat butter and sugars until creamy and not grainy. Add eggs to butter mixture one at a time, beating for at least 30 seconds. Add vanilla and dry ingredients and beat just until blended. Stir in dried fruit, nuts and white chocolate chips. Drop by tablespoon s onto prepared baking sheets.  Bake for approximately 12 to 18 minutes. Cool on baking rack.
