WILD RICE MEATLOAF
  • 1½ pounds of Ground Beef, lean
  • 3 cups of Chieftain®'s Premium Wild Rice, cooked
  • ½ cup of Green Pepper, chopped
  • ½ cup of Red Pepper, chopped
  • ½ cup of Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves of Garlic, chopped
  • 1 cup of Mozzarella Cheese, grated
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of Rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon of Salt
  • 1 teaspoon of Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 cup of your favorite Barbecue Sauce

 

Preheat oven to 350º. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except barbecue sauce. Place into 9x4x3 inch loaf pan; bake 45 minutes. Pour sauce over meatloaf; bake for 15 minutes to an internal temperature of 160º. Makes 6 servings.
