FALL ORZO AND DILLED SQUASH SAUTE

Fall Orzo and Dilled Squash Sauté

 

Cook Orzo according to package directions.  In a skillet, melt the butter; then sauté the squash, zucchini, pepper and scallions until they are tender, yet firm, approximately 3 to 5 minutes.  Stir in remaining ingredients and season with pepper to taste.   Garnish with dill weed and serve.   This recipe is from one of Chieftains Customer Service Representatives, Janelle Willger.
