SASSY SPRING PILAF

Prepare Spring Blend with Garlic Peppercorn Seasoning.  Set aside and keep warm.  Saute carrots, celery, mushrooms, and dried fruit to desired softness, adding a small bit of chicken broth if needed.  Mix sauteed ingredients with rice.  Mound or timbale rice on plate and surround with shrimp.  Garnish and serve.
