Use a light vinaigrette or flavored Olive Oil if serving as a chilled salad.
Prepare Autumn Harvest or Wild Rice Blend of choice with seasoning, adding the Autumn Harvest Salad Topper during the last 10 minutes of cooking. Some seasonings will add color to the rice.
When cooked, fluff with a fork, arrange on plate and serve. A small amount of the dried Salad Topper can be sprinkled on top for additional texture.
