SAVORY WILD RICE STUFFING

Cook wild rice as directed.  During the last 10 minutes of cooking time, add seasoning, fruit fusion and cranberries.  Reconstitute the kibbled mushrooms with stock.  Melt butter in skillet and saute onions, celery and mushrooms until tender.  Combine rice and fruit mixture with croutons, sauteed onions, celery and mushrooms.  Add your favorite stock to desired moistness and add eggs if desired.  Mix thoroughly.  Stuff poultry or put into a hotel pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes or until heated through.  Makes one hotel pan of stuffing.
