Naturally gluten and allergen free, Rice River Farms Cranberry Festival Blend is a delicious blend of wild and white rice with sweetened dried cranberries and roasted pepitas (pumpkin seeds). Complimented by a Maple Apple Seasoning this wild rice is the perfect bedding for fish and seafood as well as for use in stuffing, as a side, in puddings, or even in pancakes and muffins!
Each 10 oz package will easily feed a family of four with hearty portions; the seasoning packet is included with rice blend but is packaged separately so consumers can use as little or as much as they want. Festival Medley is one of four different wild rice blends available in our Rice River Farms line of Products. Home consumers can enjoy our Rustic Prairie Blend, Calico Creek Blend, and Northwoods Blend.

Recommended Preparation Instructions
- 3 cups water
- 2 T. butter or olive oil (optional)

Combine 1 package of rice blend, seasoning packet, water, and butter in a 2 1/2 quart saucepan. Bring to a boil then stir. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20-25 minutes. Remove from heat; let stand 5-10 minutes, then fluff with a fork and serve.
Yield: Approximately 5 cups of cooked rice.

Cranberry Festival Blend: Dry Roasted Wild Rice®, Parboiled White Rice, Sweetened Dried Cranberries and Roasted Pepitas.
Maple Apple Seasoning: Sugar, Brown Sugar, Dextrose, Dehydrated Apples, Salt, Corn Starch, Citric Acid, Soybean Oil, Spices, Natural Maple Flavor with other Natural Flavors, and not more than 1% Silicon Dioxide added to prevent caking.
