Naturally gluten and allergen free, Rice River Farms Mushroom Fusion is a savory blend of hearty wild, red and brown rice with lots and lots of mushrooms. This tasty blend works well as a stuffing for wild game, poultry, pork and lamb. Paired with our herb seasoning, this blend is a mushroom lovers delight!
Each 10 oz package will easily feed a family of four with hearty portions; the seasoning packet is included with rice blend but is packaged separately so consumers can use as little or as much as they want. Mushroom Fusion is one of five different wild rice blends available in our Rice River Farms line of Products. Home consumers can enjoy our Cranberry Festival, Rustic Prairie Blend, Calico Creek Blend, and Northwoods Blend.

Recommended Preparation Instructions
- 3 1/2 cups water
- 2 T. butter or olive oil (optional)

Combine 1 package of rice blend, seasoning packet, water, and butter in a 2 1/2 quart saucepan. Bring to a boil then stir. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 45 minutes. Remove from heat; let stand 5-10 minutes, then fluff with a fork and serve.
Yield: Approximately 5 1/4 cups of cooked rice.

Herb Seasoning: Dehydrated Onion, Hydrolyzed Corn Protein, Salt, Dextrose, Sugar, Autolyzed Yeast, Onion and Garlic Powder, Red Bell Grans, Parsley Flakes, Spices, Celery Grans, Corn Oil, Spice Extractives of Turmeric and Celery.
