Naturally gluten and allergen free,Rice River Farms Rodeo Blend offers the rich, hearty flavor of rice and beans with a warm smoky chipotle flavor! For those who enjoy Southwestern-style cuisine, this blend is a must-have! Use as bedding with grilled chicken or barbequed ribs. Delicious with any kind of protein or use to replace meat in wraps, burritos, and tacos.
The seasoning is included with the rice blend but is packaged separately so you can use as much or as little as you would like. Each 10 oz. pouch will easily serve a family of four with generous portions. Freeze any leftovers to use in salads or soups

Recommended Preparation Instructions
- 3 1/2 cups water
- 2 T. butter or olive oil (optional)

Combine 1 package of rice blend, seasoning packet, water, and butter in a 2 1/2 quart saucepan. Bring to a boil then stir. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 45 minutes. Remove from heat; let stand 5-10 minutes, then fluff with a fork and serve.
Yield: Approximately 5 1/4 cups of cooked rice.

Smoky Chipotle Seasoning: Dehydrated Onion, Salt, Hydrolyzed Corn Protein (10%), Sugar, Chili Pepper, Tomato Powder, Chardex Hickory, (maltodextrin, Smoke Flavor, Silicon Dioxide), Autolyzed Yeast, Spice, Dehydrated Rd Bell Peppers, Parsley Flakes, Garlic Powder, Spice Extractives, including Turmeric.
